Hosted by the Penn State Extension Dairy Team, and planned by a great committee of dairy producers and dairy industry leaders, the Women in Dairy Conference promises to be a strong learning and networking opportunity for women in the dairy industry. The 2019 conference will focus on coping with stress in a positive way.

Keynote speaker Sadie Fredericks, of Blue Diamond Dairy, will kick off the conference. The keynote will be followed by some outstanding breakout sessions, and conclude with small group facilitation and discussion.

Registration is offered at full rate or "buy three, get one free!" Gather a few friends, and join us for a day dedicated just to the women in our dairy industry.

A complimentary reception on Monday evening is included with your paid registration.

Sadie Fredericks

Sadie Frericks is a dairy farmer, mom, and writer from central Minnesota. She and her husband, Glen, started their own dairy farm – Blue Diamond Dairy – in 2005. Today, they milk 90 cows and manage 200 acres of pasture and cropland. Sadie and Glen have three children: Dan, 12, Monika, 10, and Daphne, 6.

Sadie blogs about life on her farm at www.dairygoodlife.com and can be found promoting agriculture through social media as @dairygoodlife.

Sadie has a degree in agricultural communications and marketing from the University of Minnesota. She is a Land O’Lakes Cooperative Alternate Delegate and serves as a board director for Cooperative Network and Dairy Girl Network. She enjoys volunteering at school and helping her kids with their 4-H projects.
