No, you do not have to be registered for Cvent CONNECT in order to submit. We do encourage you attend by awarding all finalist organizations with up to two (2) free Cvent CONNECT registrations (passes that include Training Camp & Certification are not included).

Due to the number of high-quality submissions we receive, we plan to announce three finalists and one winner in each category.
Finalists will be announced by the beginning of April, 2020. Finalists will be posted on the awards website and will also be notified via email. Winners will be announced onsite at Cvent CONNECT during the awards ceremony.
All finalist organizations will be compensated for up to two (2) complimentary Cvent CONNECT registrations (passes that include Training Camp & Certification are not included). You will receive onsite recognition at Cvent CONNECT and preferred seating at our awards ceremony.
Finalists will receive a plaque of excellence. Category winners will receive a personalized award and a post-event media kit to publicize their success.
Yes, if a third party would like to submit on behalf of the work done for your organization, they can do so with your express approval. This includes members of your Cvent account team. Should you win, we ask that you confirm recognition with your third-party colleague, who may accompany you onstage to accept the award.
Yes, you can submit for as many awards as you like. You may use the same submission for multiple categories, or you may contribute a unique submission for different categories.
Absolutely! We would love to see your submission again. You cannot, however, submit with the same content or the same example you referenced in your last submission.
