Over the last several weeks, the AAMC has continued to actively monitor developments related to coronavirus, including engaging with both federal health officials and our member institutions. After much discussion with AAMC leadership, and with consideration of current CDC social distancing guidelines, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 Integrating Quality Conference scheduled to take place on June 4-5, 2020 in Kansas City, MO.

The health and safety of our constituents and staff is our top priority. We made this difficult decision out of concern for the well-being of all who were scheduled to travel and attend this meeting, and because of our growing awareness that you are increasingly needed at home.

At this time, we are not planning to reschedule this meeting.

Important: If you had already made hotel and airline reservations, you will need to cancel your reservation directly.

This is an unprecedented national concern, and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to carefully evaluate and work through this complex and rapidly changing situation. We thank you for your engagement with the AAMC and our learning offerings and hope you will join us at a future event.
