Helping Families Heal:
Addressing and Treating Trauma in Children, Youth, and Families.

Promoting Adaptive Anxiety In Children:
Understand Childhood Anxiety as a Necessary Building Block of Adaptation and a Gateway to Creative Engagement.

When Death Darkens the Door:
Supporting Bereaved Children and Youth

Grief is a confusing and isolating experience for any person, old or young. Children’s grief, however, differs considerably from adult grief, resulting in the needs of grieving children often being overlooked or misunderstood.  Caregivers, including the most skilled professionals, often feel helpless when supporting children through the death of someone close to them. This workshop will provide tools and resources to support a grieving child.

ONTrack is a free exercise literacy program for young adults between the ages of 16-24 with mild to moderate mental health challenges. ONTrack is currently looking for participants for a 10-week exercise program that provides check-in/outs, access to peer support, and free exercise classes.
