Arab Health 2017

The UPS X-PORT Challenge offers Florida small business, start-ups and entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their solutions/products and win up to $10,000 in export shipping credits from UPS. A designated panel of judges will select 10 finalists to participate at a Pitch-Off event on November 9th. If selected as a finalist, applicants will pitch the judges on why their business is ready for the global marketplace. Three winners will be selected based on their international appeal and execution strategy. The application period ends September 30, 2016. 39th Annual Joint Meeting of the Japan-U.S. Southeast
and Southeast U.S.-Japan Association

Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner has confirmed that he will officially lead, on behalf of the State of Florida and Governor Scott, the Florida Delegation to the 39th Annual Joint Meeting of the Japan-U.S. Southeast and Southeast U.S./Japan Associations in Tokyo, Japan this coming September 20-22. Senior officials of both Japan and the U.S. will attend; total attendance is projected at approximately 350-400 participants. SEUS/Japan is co-organizing a Florida-Japan Business Workshop with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Consulate General of Japan in Miami and Enterprise Florida, focused on the aerospace/aviation sector, to be held on September 20th from 9:30 am-2 pm at JETRO headquarters in Tokyo. Florida Delegation will hold its annual meeting of members the same day from 4:30 – 5:30 pm.
