Peter K. Sorensen 2021-22 Meeting Professional International Middle PA Chapter President’s Corner Ideas

Thank you so much for your ongoing support. I am honored to continue my involvement in MPI-MP as president and part of a team that is passionate and dedicated to making our chapter one of the top performers in a large MPI family. Of course, as a hospitality career professional, I am looking forward to the continued camaraderie of our chapter in the coming year.

As our industry emerges from a very difficult period, it is good to know that we can depend on each other. MPI Middle PA Chapter has shown its character over the last 15 months as supporting, caring and open to new ideas. With the support of members, sponsors and the board we received the “MPI Global Overall Excellence Award.” This award was given to only three chapters worldwide.

As I begin my role as President, I will strive to continue to make our chapter an award winning one with all your help. In my past 8 years with MPI-MP I have experienced the friendship and professionalism of our members. I will continue to listen and learn from our membership, and use that information to help guide our chapter to the next level.
