Judy Ryan, owner of LifeWork Systems, an award-winning training and consulting company answers the questions what, why, and how to create a healthy workplace culture. Judy is the author of What's the Deal With Workplace Culture Change? published in October 2015 by PeopleTested Media. She also writes a regular column on Emotional Intelligence in The Women's Journal (since 2006) and The Extraordinary Workplace in St. Louis Small Business Monthly (since 2012). Judy will be presenting the process and effects of her work at our May 18th Meeting. In her presentation, we have the unique opportunity to gain information and a road map for how to address our most pressing challenges and the areas we most want to improve our leadership. We will be helped to recognize the type of support we need as leaders, and the where, when, and how for addressing this in a cultural transformation process.
