March 21st Breakfast Meeting - What HR Needs to Consider to Secure Your Employees & Property
Timothy Reagan Unfortunately, today's world is full of potential events that can put your company's employees and property in danger. From civil unrest to natural disasters to onsite disturbance, HR needs to help their companies be ready for anything. Tim Reagan, Senior Director of Corporate Security at Ameren Corporation has guided the company's review and implementation of Ameren's security and people policies to reflect the unpredictable environments we all work in.

Tim will share the steps Ameren went through to review its policies to protect people and property in all situations. This presentation will provide practical tips, how to engage key business and community stakeholders, and questions that HR professionals at organizations of any size and industry needs to answer.

This session has been approved for 1.25 hours of HR (General) HRCI Credit, and is eligible for 1.25 hours of SHRM Certification Credit.

Missouri HR Day of Service
Just a friendly reminder that our second annual Missouri HR Day of Service is set for May 4, 2018! In addition to our fantastic partnership with the National Association of African-American Human Resources Professionals (NAAAHR), Missouri SHRM will be joining the effort this year! Human Resources professionals from across Missouri will be volunteering to help their communities. We are so excited to have our fellow MO SHRM chapters participate in the Day of Service! More details on volunteer opportunities to follow, but please mark you calendars for May 4th!
