Mikko Viljamaa
Mikko is the Senior Manager of Mill Improvements, including Agreements. He has been with Valmet for the past 26 years, most of which have been based in the United States. A typical 'Valmeteer’, Mikko progressed from engineering to project management and numerous leadership positions, including his current job heading up North American aftermarket agreements. His experience includes customer service, product launching and marketing, project delivery, business development and sourcing and product management. Mikko holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

Jon Olszak
Jon is the Product Manager for Doctoring Technology. After spending most of his 25 years working with Kadant, Jon transitioned to Valmet, furthering his career in the pulp and paper industry. His experience has included application, sales and field engineering; lean management; capital projects; application management and business development. His engineering background provides a full perspective into client manufacturing operations and technical/machinery needs. Jon has a BS in Mechanical Engineering. |
