Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) Chairman Masoud Suleman and H.E. Dr. Khalifa Abdulsadek, Minister of Oil & Gas, the State of Libya, will join the boardroom session to present the NOC’s bid round documentation and invite major US companies interested in investing in Libya’s energy sector.
With 41% of Africa’s proven reserves and a goal to ramp up production to 2 million barrels per day by 2027, Libya is poised to become a major player in global energy markets.
