Monday Morning News Header

Happy Tuesday!

I hope everyone was able to enjoy Saturday's weather, it was glorious! As we move into the week from yesterday's holiday, there are some great webinars to attend and articles to read.

We need your input on attendance at live events and planning for the future so be sure to do our quick survey.

SCARY STORIES Registration opens tomorrow!!

We will be sharing our scariest event stories with each other!  What happened and how did you fix it?
We all come together to talk about our most horrible moments as planners and suppliers.  Did the wedding cake topple moments before the cake cutting ( yep, that's one of our stories!).  More importantly, how did you fix it?  We'll talk about our worst moments with each other and how we were able to use our creativity and knowledge behind the scenes to make it all work.  We'll have a prize for best story with the voting by all the attendees of the event.
Come share an hour of fun and comradery!

New Hybrid Strategies: Producing, Streaming, and Selling Access to Live Event Content in a Post-Covid World

Hybrid events have been around for almost 2 decades, but they have recently vanished due to Covid-19's decimation of the live event industry. The general consensus is that when live events come back (and they will!), Hybrid events will be the norm. But what will the next generation of hybrid events look like, what will be the best approach for producing them, and what steps should event organizers take in simultaneously engaging both physical and virtual audiences in the ever-changing event landscape?
