How little girl Scarlett drives Luke's degree dream

To say Psychological Science student Luke Jones brings a wealth of life experience to the university classroom borders on an understatement. Dealing with homelessness as a teen and becoming a young father, motivated him to renew his education journey and a scholarship though the Annual Appeal is helping him along this path.

No stranger to conflict

Although based in the United States, Dr Jeff Thompson chose Griffith to complete his PhD in mediation, conflict resolution and non-verbal crisis communication. Now he spends his days working in law enforcement and helping people through the worst moments of their lives.
