PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
As we roll into the holiday season, I want to pause for a moment and be thankful - thankful for all of our members. We had an amazing time at our Membership Appreciation event held at the Angus Barn Pavilion. I appreciate all that participated in our sports team theme, and I’m relieved that we didn’t have too much rivalry smack talking. Our award winners truly went above and beyond this year and are a huge part of what makes our chapter so great. One of the highlights was recognizing all our CFMs and acknowledging that this is the 30th year for that accreditation.
A special thanks to Dave Smith and the Community Outreach Committee for their coordination with the Marines and kicking off our Annual Toys for Tots campaign. There is still time to donate to our shopping trip on December 7th, or you can still fill a box at your office. I am challenging you all…let’s make this year the biggest collection yet!
As the year draws to a close, I am looking forward to our first ever joint committee meeting on December 6th at Bond Brothers Eastside. I think this will be a great way for all of us to collaborate in our planning efforts for 2024 and beyond. If you are not on a committee this is a great opportunity to learn more about them. I hope to see you all at the December monthly luncheon where we will preview the 2024 forecast for local commercial real estate with a panel discussion of local trusted partners.
In closing this month’s message, I want to wish all of you and your families a happy and healthy holiday season however you may celebrate. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy New Year!

GTC OF IFMA 2023 CHAPTER APPRECIATION RECAP
The GTC of IFMA held its Annual Chapter Appreciation event at the Angus Barn Pavilion on Thursday, November 9th. This year featured a fun sports theme with members wearing attire of their favorite teams! We had over 160 attendees and honored the below members and companies with our 2023 Annual Awards:

Rookie of the Year - Brett Herrlinger - Bonitz
Committee Member - Dawn Moynihan, CFM, FMP, SPF - Align Technology Inc.

Thank you to our members for all you do throughout the year to keep the Chapter running smoothly. Your contributions continue to elevate the industry within our area.
Our annual Toys for Tots program is run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, which distributes toys to less fortunate children with a message of hope. We were honored to have several Marines attend our event this year and hope to make the donations for 2023 our best year yet!

Our members are invited to prepay for the 2024 Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA monthly meetings at a cost of $210.00 + the 3% credit card processing fee. This is a $5.00 per meeting savings.
