April 2023
Joanne Nyland, Deputy Director Advancement and Director Alumni Engagement
We are thrilled to bring you another edition of your alumni newsletter packed with news of Griffith alumni making it matter. Meet Flynn, Lauren, Anthony and Georgina—all making a significant impact in their sectors and communities.
May is Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month, and we are theming professional development offerings around Personal Leadership and Cultural Change with our MATE Bystander program. If you live in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra, we hope to see you in person, where we will hold networking functions as well. If not, be sure to register for our webinar on 31 May to enhance your understanding of how to be an effective bystander.
We are planning some exciting activities in the lead-up to Griffith University's 50th anniversary in 2025, and are hoping to re-connect with as many alumni as possible so they don't miss out on the fun.
Do you know a fellow alumnus who may not be receiving these newsletters?  Forward this email to a friend and ask them to update their details.
