Building Program Leadership
Having trouble reading this email? View it online

Griffith University is continuing to lead a significant transformation of academic programs and processes. Program leadership puts students at the centre of these changes.

The Program Directors' Leadership Series has been building program leadership since 2015, with academics from a range of program leadership roles taking part. These roles include Program Director, Program Advisor, Academic Lead and First Year Coordinator.

You’re invited to join the next iteration of the Program Directors’ Leadership Series to explore aspects of your role and develop your capacity to lead within the context of change.

During the workshops, we will work with key processes that can make a difference to the way that you lead. You will have space for a deeper learning experience, with fellow program leaders, and have the opportunity to practice, reflect and connect.

"This was the best workshop I've attended at Griffith. The facilitators really knew and believed in what they were delivering. I felt optimistic and supported, made some good allies and look forward to continuing with the series. Thank you."
