I have talked and written on
numerous occasions about the
importance of continual learning
for individuals, teams and
companies. The reasons and
benefits are clear. Learning
never stops. Continual learning
has been important for personal
and business success for years.
Covid-19 has made it an
imperative for every person and
every business. As we keep
learning, we build knowledge
and, when applied, that
knowledge helps polish or build
skills. That is what will help
us survive the economic
dislocation caused by the
pandemic.
As you would
expect, our friends in
government at SkillsFuture SG
(SSG) have designed multiple
ways to help businesses
facilitate continual learning
for their teams. Given the need
for social distancing, SSG has
ramped up online learning and
many of the courses have been
converted to online courses.
One example is the Enhanced
Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding
which will last until the end of
this year. Click
