President's Letter for February 2018

Hello All!

We have been working hard to support some really great events this Spring!

As of February 1st, I became the latest President for the SC Midlands ISACA Chapter.  Thanks to Immediate Past President, Marc Punzirudu, for his time and effort in leading the chapter over the last two years.  Please share your gratitude with Marc next time you see him.

Our chapter is growing!!!  We now have over 345 members!

ISACA has many changes we expect to occur within 2018, such as updates to their web site (finally!), the CSX training curriculum, and also a new method of ensuring that certification trainers (CISA/CISM/CRISC/CGEIT) are knowledgeable and capable. This will drive a quality of delivery within ISACA certification training across the board.

As always, if you are interested in volunteering on the board, or at events, please let us know.

I am truly looking forward to serving as your President, and I look forward to seeing everyone at one of our events in the future.

Tom Scott, SC Midlands ISACA Chapter President
