 We couldn’t do it without your generosity!  All donations received are returned in scholarships!

WCEF gave out $7,130 in Scholarships for the 2022 WMCA Conference; as well as $1,590 last Spring for the Northern Training.

Greetings Members,

Fall has arrived and with it comes working on next year’s budget, preparing the 2023 Notice of Election, as well as sending out absentee ballots and now conducting in-person absentee voting.  Wisconsin’s election system works because of your hard work and dedication.   Remember the work you do matters.  Because of Professional Municipal Clerks like yourselves, Wisconsin elections are safe and secure.

Watch for an exciting announcement coming soon from the Promotions Committee.

Here's to Another Smooth Election Compliments of Our Professional Clerks!

 YOU'VE GOT THIS!

Wisconsin is one of the three states that makes up the IIMC (International Institute of Municipal Clerks) Region VI.  Along with Iowa and Minnesota, Region VI holds a mid-year meeting every January.  This year it is Minnesota's turn to host the event.  There is always a great educational component-An Athenian Dialogue.  If you have never experienced an Athenian Dialogue before, you should check it out and find out what IIMC is all about at the same time.  All are welcome.

The WMCA announced at the 2022 Annual Conference that the 2023 WMCA Annual Conference will be in Appleton at the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel & Conference Center.  While it is too early to announce the line-up of classes, you can get your hotel room reserved now.  You can make your room reservation by calling 920-733-8000 and hit Option #1.

The 2023 WMCA Conference will be the longer 3-day conference with a pre-conference day the day before.  Pre-Conference classes will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.  Conference will be August 23-25.

We want to showcase YOU and YOUR AWESOME communities in our 2023 Wisconsin Treasures Calendar.

At North Shore Bank Deferred Compensation, we provide a FREE calendar every year to our clients showcasing pictures of Wisconsin Treasures, taken by our clients and friends. We are getting ready to put the 2023 Calendar together and we NEED MORE PICTURES!

If you have some photos of TREASURES you’d like to share, perhaps some spectacular views, Holiday events your community hosts, Fireworks or just beautiful nature, please send us your photos to consider!  We’ve been to your communities and have seen some of your websites – we know you have some!

Here are the specifics for what we need to consider your photo:

• Must be in a HORIZONTAL format. 
• All pictures must be from Wisconsin taken by an amateur photographer, include their name and where the picture was taken.
• Pictures must be high-res images (at least 300 dpi) for proper image quality and taken from a 5MP camera or larger 
• Email pictures in their original size to either jpeg or tiff format to retirement@northshorebank.com.
