ASHE, CDC to produce publication on physical environment's impact on infection control
In a column sent to the nation's health care executives, ASHE Executive Director PJ Andrus discusses ASHE's work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Health Research & Educational Trust on a three-year initiative to improve infection-prevention efforts in U.S. hospitals. The work includes an upcoming publication that will cover six key components of infection prevention and the physical environment. —AHA
