We are pleased to announce that the Western Accountable Care Organization went live in the Medicare Shared Savings Plan as of July 1st. Participants from the San Juan and Rocky Mountain ACOs were combined into this new ACO. For more details on this new ACO click here or reach out to Marguerite Tuthill for more information.

TCPi is winding down with an ending date of August 30, 2019. APMs are being presented to practices for their consideration, and the coaching topics during the remaining weeks are HCC coding and Value Proposition development. Please let Kathryn Steele know if you have any questions.
