Amid economic uncertainties, climate change and growing social consciousness, businesses must do more for society to remain relevant and achieve sustained success.

When a company has a clear purpose, that is the reason why it exists, it can activate it to create value not only for its shareholders but for all its stakeholders. Its corporate purpose will also serve to guide its business strategy, operations and culture. This, in turn, enables it to make gains in business resilience, innovation, employee attraction, motivation and retention, customer and investor relations and financial performance. At the same time, it can also benefit the environment and communities at large.

But corporate purpose, like our personal purpose, is not an end goal to be achieved. It is a continuous process.
