- Training includes the implementation of the Cognia continuous improvement process and resource tools from the Cognia improvement platform, including eleot® (the Effective Learning Environments Observation Tool®), surveys, and strategies.
- Each continuous improvement team will include five district-level staff (for district implementations) and five school-based (per school) staff members.
- Continuous improvement teams must commit to two non-consecutive full days of professional development between January and March and a third day in the late summer/fall of 2020.
- Schools and districts will implement a continuous improvement process by collecting data using resources in the Cognia improvement platform and other local data.
