Cancellation Policy

EVENTS CANCELLATION CONDITIONS The hotel and the client agree that the present reservation(s) can be cancelled completely or partially on the terms stipulated hereinafter. The advance payments received by the hotel will be considered as a deposit in accordance with the compensations covered by the terms of the contract as stipulated hereinafter. If this deposit should not suffice to guarantee the hotel’s contractual indemnification, the client commits himself to cover the necessary additional payment upon the first request. A. In the event of the complete cancellation of an Event: Should the client cancel the reservation of the Event, the following amounts shall be due by way of a fixed and irreducible compensation: - In case of a cancellation above 45 days prior to the event: No extra costs - In case of a cancellation between 45 and 30 days prior to the event: 25% payment of the total amount shall be claimed - In case of a cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the event: 50% payment of the total amount shall be claimed - In case of a cancellation within 14 days prior to the event Full payment of the total amount shall be claimed B. In the event of the partial cancellation of an Event: The hotel accepts, without any cancellation charges, a reduction in the number of rooms booked, within the limits set hereinafter, and on the express condition that the client has notified the hotel of the cancellation within the following terms: - In case of a partial cancellation above 30 days prior to the event: No extra costs - In case of a partial cancellation of 50% maximum of the total order, and this, between 15 to 30 days prior to the event: 25% payment of the order cancelled shall be claimed - In case of a partial cancellation of 25% maximum of the total order, and this, between 2 to 14 days prior to the event: 50% payment of the order cancelled shall be claimed - In case of a any partial cancellation within 48 hours before the starting hour of the event: Total reservation sum shall be fully invoiced
