Cancellation Policy

Group acknowledges that the rates offered by Hotel are based in part upon the total anticipated revenue contemplated by this Agreement, inclusive of guest rooms, meeting space, catering, and ancillary on-site revenue. The Group agrees and understands that in the event of a cancellation by Group, Hotel’s actual damages would be difficult to determine. Therefore, Group agrees to pay liquidated damages to Hotel for cancellation, calculated pursuant to the chart below, as a percentage of the Total Minimum Revenue included above, or as otherwise increased exhibited by written communications between the parties following signing of this Agreement (“Anticipated Revenue”). 0-60 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 100% of Anticipated Revenue 61-90 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 85% of Anticipated Revenue 91-180 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 65% of Anticipated Revenue > 180 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 50% of Anticipated Revenue
