Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after signing the contract will result in charging No show policy 50% of total amount to your account. Cancellation in less than 72 hours prior to the date of event will result in charging the total full amount to your account. Any promotional activities form the organizers or third parties inside and outside the hotel and conference centre must be pre-approved in signing by the hotel Management one month prior to the event in regards to the banners, flags, signboards and information signs. The Hotel Management has the right to refuse any of these promotional activities if these are not up to the standards or not agreed prior to the event.
