The Hotel is pleased to offer the following benefits from “Signature Events” during the Event.

For guaranteed reservations of 25 or more Guest Rooms, select three (3) benefits from Bonus Options A.

For guaranteed reservations of 40 or more Guest Rooms, select total of four (4) benefits from Bonus Options A and/or B.

Bonus Options A:
• One (1) complimentary Guest Room upgrade for Event Organiser
• One (1) complimentary round trip airport transfer
• Complimentary one (1) LCD projector with two (2) wireless microphones for one chosen function of the Event
• Complimentary coffee, tea and soft drinks for one chosen function of the Event for up to forty (40) delegates
• 15% discount on charges for use of Hotel audio-visual equipment
• 25% discount on selected Hotel Business Centre Services*

* Please contact Hotel for further information on Business Centre Services available under this offer. Hotel reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to withdraw any Services from this offer at any time.

Bonus Options B:
• Two (2) complimentary Guest Rooms throughout the Event for Event Organizer(s)
• Two (2) complimentary round-trip airport transfers
• One (1) complimentary welcome cocktail for each delegate with one hour standard open bar for up to 40 persons
• 10 % credit for Organiser’s next event at any Shangri-La hotel, resort or Traders hotel**

** Standard terms and conditions of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as well as all prevailing policies shall apply including:
• A minimum total Event spending of US$5,000 is required for the future event, excluding service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• The 10 % credit towards Organiser’s next event is calculated on the basis of total Event expenses and capped at US$5,000.
• Credit is based on non-commissionable expenses.
• Credit is non-accumulative and shall only be used for Organiser’s next event at one time.
• Earned credits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Organiser.
• All credits earned must be used within six months of the last day of the Event.
