Qualifying groups require a minimum of 40 peak rooms. Group rates are limited and subject to rate and availability. Promotion applies to new bookings only. No further value will be extended for non-available times. Meeting planner incentives must be requested at time of contracting and be included within the countersigned contract. Offer may not be combined with any additional specials or promotions. Must contract by July 31, 2025. Percentage of rebate is based on net room rate, excluding discounted staff rooms and rooms booked outside of the block. Hotel reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
