Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If your meeting is cancelled by you for any reason, except for Force Majeur as provided below, you agree that the damages we would suffer as a result of the loss of room, food and beverage and other ancillary revenue would be substantial but cannot be readily ascertained at this time. Accordingly, in such an event you will immediately provide written notice of cancellation to us and pay to us together with that notice, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, a room cancellation fee and a food and beverage cancellation fee (in each case plus any applicable taxes). Number of Days before the initial date of your room block & Cancellation Percentage 0-30 days - 85% 31-60 days - 70% 61-120 days - 50% 121 to date signed - 25% Force Majeur The performance of this Agreement is subject to any circumstance making it illegal or impossible to provide or use the Hotel facilities, including acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, civil disorders, and curtailment of transportation facilities. The agreement may be terminated for any of the above reasons by written notice from one party to the other. Binding Agreement / Enforceability This Agreement includes all of the terms agreed to by the parties. Any changes to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be effective. All prior agreements, verbal or written, are no longer effective once this Agreement is signed by the parties. If any provision of the Agreement is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Names of person/persons authorized to charge on account Administrative Services __________________. (copies, folders, binders, name tags, white/colored copy paper, presentation folders, file folders, etc.) Arrangements are considered tentative until «DECSN_DATE». If a signed confirmation agreement has not been received by the date indicated, the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport reserves the right to release these arrangements. Upon signing this acceptance, the person warrants that he/she is duly authorized and the appointed agent for the group and is fully empowered to accept the provisions contained in the contract as a definite and binding agreement.
