Soak in the charming atmosphere with a cooling drink at a street-side café. Old Phuket Town is the perfect place for a day of stress-free exploration. We recommend exploring on foot, but you can hire a tuk-tuk or other form of transport to explore the town if you wish. If you do decide to walk, start your trip at the Central Post Office, then head west to Ranong Road and proceed to Patiphat Road, which connects with the historic Krabi Road.

Look out for the lighthouse, which houses interesting maritime artefacts and commands spectacular views over the east and southeast of the island and the waters beyond.
