<Accomodation Contract> 1) Individual Guest a. When cancelled on the day before occupancy, 20% of the room will be charged per person. b. When cancelled on the day of occupancy, 80% of the room charge per person. c. If a person (persons) holding fails to check in on the specified date, 100% of the first day room charge will be charged per person. 2) Group Guests (groups with 15 paying members and more) a. When cancelled from 9 days to 2 days before occupancy, 20% of the first day room charges per person. b. When cancelled on the day before occupancy, 20% of the first day room charges per person. c. When cancelled on the day of occupancy, 80% of the first day room charges per person. d. If a person (or persons) holding a reservation fails to check in on the specified date, 100% of the room charge will be charged per person.
