The Brewery is certified by the Nordic Swan Ecolabel in the conference and restaurant category. Aiming for a sustainable community and with the goal to become Sweden’s most sustainable event and conference centre. Beer was produced at the Münchenbryggeriet for over 100 years. Now we have reinstated the building’s old tradition by producing our own organic beer. Our brewmaster will help you perfect the right brew for your specific event, to be enjoyed in your very own bottle design.
