To or From is Easily Done Getting into and around North Lake Tahoe is a breeze. There are many travel options to consider, and we can help you make all the necessary arrangements for you and your group. Reno/Tahoe International is North Lake Tahoe’s main gateway, with Sacramento and San Francisco International Airports also serving the area. The Reno-Tahoe International Airport currently offers 69 daily flights to 31 nonstop destinations. Visit RenoAirport.com for current schedules. If guests are traveling by car, there are two interstate highways that connect North Lake Tahoe with any of the three airports year-round. Drive time is about 45 minutes from Reno, 2.5 hours from Sacramento and 4 hours from San Francisco. The North Lake Tahoe Express provides year-round shuttle service between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the North Lake Tahoe region with local transit connections through TART. Rental cars, taxis, private car service, buses, resort shuttles and ride sharing apps are also available. And while guests are in North Lake Tahoe, they can take advantage of the Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transportation (TART), allowing your clients to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful ride around North Lake Tahoe.

UNIQUELY TAHOE VENUES

Historical landmark
An off-site team-building event becomes even more memorable when it takes place in distinct Tahoe surroundings. The Thunderbird Lodge is an historic stone lodge on the northeast shore with 3,000 square feet of interior space, next to a lakeside lawn, featuring two patios, a gazebo and a private sandy lagoon. Sand Harbor Nevada State Park is just a few miles outside Incline Village. Panoramic lake views, turquoise waters and a long sandy beach provide an unequaled backdrop for group events. Commons Beach Park is in the heart of Tahoe City. Its spectacular views and large grass and sand area are favorites among visitors. The North Tahoe Cruises’ Tahoe Gal is a small Mississippi riverboat that sets sail from Tahoe City’s Lighthouse Pier and welcomes aboard small gatherings or groups up to 135 for a full-boat charter. Hellman-Ehrman is a 12,000 square-foot turn-of-the-century mansion, featuring lake views, gently sloping lawns, and several explorable trails. The Tahoe Maritime Center – Museum & Gardens offers a unique cultural experience where the Lake Tahoe regional maritime heritage is preserved, enjoyed, and passed along to future generations through innovative interpretation and public education. The upper and lower terraces at this venue hold up to 170 guests.
