Welcome to the 2017 Information Management and Technology Assurance (IMTA) PSTECH @ ENGAGE Scholarship Application

The AICPA has established the Information Management and Technology Assurance (IMTA) PSTECH @ ENGAGE Young CPA Scholarship. The scholarship will cover the registration fee for a 3-day pass and travel expenses of an emerging CPA to attend the 2017 ENGAGE Conference. The scholarship offers the recipient an opportunity to gain in-depth expertise from knowledgably thought leaders in the information management and technology assurance space. It also gives them a chance to expand his or her knowledge of cutting edge topics like cybersecurity, cloud vendor management, authentication enhancements, and more.

Eligible applicants must meet all of the requirements listed below:

 - Hold a valid, unrevoked CPA license issued by a qualified state board of accountancy

 - Be a member in good standing with the AICPA

 - A practitioner with 1-5 years of experience as a CPA and a novice-level experience of less than five years specifically in the information management and technology assurance field. Areas of practice can include security and privacy, data analytics, service organization control engagements, or IT risk and assurance.

 - IMTA Section member preferred (not required)
