Expressions of Interest for Presentations

CCA Cropping Solutions Seminar 2019

20 & 21 June    NARRABRI

Last year the CCA Seminar was attended by over 170 consultants, reseller agronomists, researchers and corporate representatives from across Queensland and New South Wales.

A seminar provides professional development and networking benefits for those with an interest in cotton, grain, pulse and oilseed crops.

All seminar topics and speakers are selected by the CCA Board based on relevance to seasonal priorities and links to the professional development needs of CCA members.

This open call provides key industry organisations, companies, researchers, businesses and other interested parties the opportunity to submit an Expression of Interest to deliver a presentation at the Seminar in 2019. Speaking spots are limited. CCA is keen to represent the latest research programs in the agenda and has reserved spots for this.

On occasions the CCA Seminar Planning Team may be unaware of the latest research results or have yet to hear about new initiatives and developments happening in the industry. This EOI allows this work to be flagged with the CCA Board and potentially selected for inclusion in the seminar program.

Your organisation or company is welcome to submit as many topics or projects that you feel are of relevance to CCA’s target audience.

There will also be the opportunity for up to two CCA Corporate Partners to provide a short presentation at the Seminar.

The CCA Board will consider all submissions against the following criteria:

  • New research &/or new products that will provide agronomists with greater knowledge to deliver real outcomes to their clients/growers or provide an increased capacity to service the cropping industry.
  • Relevance to current seasonal issues or crop consulting activities.
  • Addresses an emerging issue that will have significant impacts on the cropping industry in the future.

Use the Sample EOI Form to prepare your online submission.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS: midnight, Friday 8 March 2019
