Welcome to the Customer Expo 2018 - Speaker Proposal Submission!


This fall, Loyalty360 is hosting the 2018 Customer Expo in Nashville, TN. The event will take place October 24-26 at the Nashville Airport Marriott.

Customer Expo will focus on all aspects of the customer journey, including but not limited to Awareness, Acquisition, CX, Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Advocacy. 

By attending, you'll have the opportunity to network with hundreds of your fellow marketers and hear how they are reaching their customer relationship-building goals. 

Market leaders will be sharing their experiences and insights on customer retention strategies and trends, technologies and solutions to aid their organization on the customer loyalty journey.


*Please note: Breakout and General Session proposals cannot be accepted without at least one senior level brand/marketer. Workshop and Showcase sessions do not require brand/marketer speakers.
