Cvent Express Launches in Fully Localised Version for Germany Customer Base

April 19, 2016 - Cvent, Inc., a leading cloud-based enterprise event management company, has announced that it is set to launch a fully localised version of its Cvent Express product to its customer base in German speaking countries. The official launch will be made at IMEX in Frankfurt, which is set to take place on 19-21 April.

The innovation marks the first step in a series of planned developments dedicated towards creating a localised solution for each of the different markets in which Cvent operates. Primarily this will take the form of different language versions of the full user interface, but there will also be other localised features added, including date formats, currency and terminology for field labels.

“Cvent is a company that works to transform meetings and events through technology and it is imperative that we continually review the capabilities and usability of our solutions in each of the markets that we operate,” said David Chalmers, marketing director for Cvent Europe. “Delivering an outstanding customer experience is one of our key objectives for Cvent and these developments for 2016 have been tailored towards making our products more usable for our diverse and ever growing global customer base.”

The fully localised version of the software will provide both German speaking planners and attendees with a streamlined experience. In addition to this, planners benefit from advancements including one-step event creation, drag and drop email design, and the ability to sync registration with other Cvent products such as OnArrival, SocialWall and CrowdCompass mobile apps. Attendees will also appreciate responsive design for easy, engaging website navigation, one-click registration and simple ticketing on any device.

Cvent Express has been designed to simplify the event creation and registration process, providing planners with a fast, modern and integrated way to build simple online registration for events such as seminars, road shows, workshops, training and more.
