Will the RFP Go Away?

The digital transformation of the events and meetings industry has changed so much about how organisers and venues do business.  Yet, the RFP survives.   What is its future?   From real-time and interactive RFPs for large events to direct booking for smaller and simpler meetings, change will continue, and hospitality professionals  need to be prepared to thrive as event sourcing evolves.
