Balyana Conference centre exceeds expectations with stunning panoramic views, inclusive audio visual and communications technology and an array of flexible space. Balyana is Adelaide's most picturesque venue for conferences, meetings and special social events. Balyana Conference Centre offers a range of function rooms to suit your requirements with views of the city and coast, complimented with natural light in all rooms. The venue and grounds, which include a multi-tiered alfresco area provide an ideal setting to do something a little different for your function. Our dedicated Function Coordinator and team are here to advise and assist you at all times to ensure that we provide a high quality professional service. LOCATION Balyana Conference Centre is located in the picturesque foothills of Clapham just 20 minutes south of the city centre. With ample free off street parking available on site it is the perfect location to escape the frantic pace of business life and allow your mind and soul to be re-energised.

Cancellation Policy

CONFIRMATION Confirmation of booking and all requirements must be made 20 working days prior to your event. Final guest numbers and any dietary requirements must be confirmed 5 working days prior to your event. CANCELLATIONS You may cancel your arrangements with us 10 working days prior to your event without incurring any fees. If you need to cancel within 10 working days of your event, cancellation fees may apply. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT Balance of events must be paid for in full at the conclusion of your event. We accept cash, credit card or cheque payments. Accounts can be arranged if required prior to your event and subject to credit approval. Please note: Credit approval can take up to 8 weeks. SURCHARGES Menu and room hire prices displayed are for Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm. Additional charges apply to evenings, weekends and public holidays.

WATTLE ROOM The largest of our three function rooms is the spacious Wattle room. With picturesque views from the full wall of windows, it is perfect for larger events, dinning or conferences with access to the alfresco areas for breakout sessions. BORONIA ROOM Catering for up to 50 seated guests, this long flexible space is suited to more intimate events such as meetings and training or cocktail events. BANKSIA ROOM The Banksia Room boasts fantastic natural light and an adaptable floorplan which lends itself to large displays. With capacity of up to 90 seated guests this room is perfect for any occasions. MORE THAN JUST A ROOM If you need more space, a break out area or just want to enjoy the sunshine, you and your guests can use the stunning alfresco areas as well as the large manicured oval.
