Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. If you cancel your event prior to 60 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit less a $50 per room administration fee. Within 60-21 days of arrival, cancellation will result in a forfeit of your 25% deposit. Within 21 days of arrival, your commitment to this event is firm and a cancellation will result in forfeiting the full amount for the entire event as a cancellation fee.
