About us
It is not your average gym either – there are programs for baby boomers and retirees, teenagers and everyone in between. Just come and check the ‘Fit 4 Life’ class - who ever knew exercise could be so much fun. In our sports halls, games can be taken seriously – or played for the sheer fun of it. We are home to nightly indoor soccer, volleyball and netball competitions, a massive daytime netball program, basketball and social badminton sessions. And there are a host of other recreational activities here too for all ages. Stadium and room hire is available, or join one of the other groups based here at mlfc.
