To ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of experience for all guests, the following facility guidelines apply: Outside Catering Only: The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant. All food and beverage must be provided by a licensed, insured outside caterer approved by the hotel. Proof of insurance may be required prior to the event. No Open Flames: Candles, sterno, fog machines, pyrotechnics, or any open-flame elements are not permitted anywhere on property. Décor & Setup: Decorations may not be affixed to walls, ceilings, doors, or fixtures using nails, screws, tape, glue, or adhesives. Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, and similar materials are not permitted. Music & Noise Restrictions: Music volume must remain at reasonable levels and comply with local noise ordinances. Amplified music may be restricted during evening hours to avoid guest disruption. Event Timing: All events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time stated in the contract. Additional fees may apply for overtime usage if approved in advance. Damage Liability: Groups are financially responsible for any damage to meeting spaces, guest rooms, or public areas caused by attendees, vendors, or contractors. Smoking Policy: The hotel is 100 percent non-smoking. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all indoor areas, including meeting spaces and guest rooms. Parking: On-site parking is available for a daily fee and is subject to availability. Oversized vehicles and buses must be approved in advance. Alcohol Service: Any alcohol served during events must comply with New York State laws. Proof of appropriate licensing or permits may be required for outside vendors. Security: Hotel management reserves the right to require security for events based on attendance size, nature of the event, or alcohol service.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Reservations can cancel with out penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax. Group Cancellation Policy Varies based on Agreement with hotel.
