Cancellation policy

The following cancellation terms apply to this contract for the Group & Events: • From the contract signature to ninety (90) days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of the daily remaining contracted room nights and remaining event revenue may be cancelled without cancellation fee. • Between eighty-nine (89) and thirty (30) days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, twenty percent (20%) of the daily remaining contracted room nights and remaining event revenue may be cancelled without cancellation fee. • Between twenty-nine (29) and fifteen (15) days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, five percent (5%) of the daily remaining contracted room nights and remaining event revenue may be cancelled without cancellation fee. • Fewer than fifteen (15) days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, any cancellation will be subject to cancellation fees of one hundred percent (100%) of the daily remaining contracted room nights and remaining event revenue. Any additional cancellations to the free reduction terms above will be fully charged based on the contracted room rates and event prices and contracted day delegate rate (DDR and/or room rentals). Any additional Meeting or Events space requests or participant increase confirmed in writing by the Hotel after the signature of the contract are subject to the same cancellation policies.
