Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort is a natural 5-star lifestyle resort located at the western end of Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Operated by Minor Hotels, Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort is open since 1 April 2023 with 176 Villas, Pavilions, Residences and Premium rooms. It offers the largest collection of interconnecting rooms and accommodation for large groups. The island offers 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 coffee shop and a Kids only restaurant for wine and dine. The natural island where the resort is set on is encircled by a large house reef with a large drop off and several entrances with diverse marine life from turtles, eagle ray families, parrot fish, black tip reef sharks, octopuses, squids and lobsters. Dolphins are a common site in long lagoon at the west of the island where you will also find scattered coral clusters. For your leisure and lifestyle requirements, the resort features AvaniFIT that offers Fitness and entertainment along with wellness classes with compliments, an indoor and outdoor gym, Tennis, Volleyball and Badminton courts. The resort features a relaxation spa with medi-spa facilities, a PADI 5 star diving center, Excursions center, water sports center and also a well equipped Kids Club with Kids lounge, Art room, a Kids Only restaurant and outdoor playground featuring zip lining, water splash area and various other outdoor play sets.

Additional details
The island is an abandoned coconut palm plantation with rows of coconut palm trees to its east and fruits gardens to its west. The resort has preserved the coconut palm plantation and can be viewed during your stay. With its rich preservation of nature the diversity of Maldivian birds, well grown trees and fresh breezes that it brings can be enjoyed during your stay. The beaches are soft and the lagoons are turquoise blue around the resort. It is secluded and away from all other islands ensuring no light or noise pollution and clean air for your to enjoy.
