1) 0 to 14 business days prior to arrival : 100% of the Room Night Commitment and 100% of the Minimum Food and Beverage Revenue. 2) 15 to 90 businessdays prior to arrival : 90% of the Room Night Commitment and 70% of the Minimum Food and Beverage Revenue. 3) 91 to 180 business days prior to arrival : 80% of the Room Night Commitment and 50% of the Minimum Food and Beverage Revenue.  4) 181 to 365 businessdays prior to arrival : 70% of the Room Night Commitment and 50% of the Minimum Food and Beverage Revenue.

Sustainability Practices - Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle Sustainability Policy and Procedure Every stakeholder is responsible of the disposal of their own waste prior, during and after the event production; including but not limited to the venue owner, event organizer and all vendors. Refuse all kinds of single use, non recyclable and detrimental to the environment materials entering all business units of Potato Head Reduce waste production, water and energy consumption whenever possible Reuse decoration / chinaware / glassware /… for other events whenever possible Repurpose as many materials as possible - organic and non-organic - from every event production and communicate it in prior with related departments Recycle is the last option that has to be the responsibility of each stakeholder

A local fish restaurant guided by the daily catch. Ijen serves fresh seafood cooked over an open fire in a spacious environment built from recycled materials. 6) Tanaman - Traditional flavours. Powered by plants. Our authentic Indonesian roots have been super-charged at Tanaman, a new plant-based culinary concept at Desa Potato Head. The menu draws on the nostalgic flavours of the archipelago’s classic recipes, using organic produce to create traditional Indonesian dishes. 7) Pizza Garden - Island ingredients. Italian style. Our thin-crust, wood-fired pizzas are made from freshly rolled dough and creative combinations of local cheeses, quality meats and the ripest Indonesian produce. 8) Akademi - Native botanicals. Root-to-flower cocktails. An open-air cocktail bar, lab and training centre inspired by time-honoured concoctions and the Indonesian essentials, arak and djamu.
