Peaceful retreats located on Bali’s southernmost peninsula, 20 minutes drive from the International Airport, the Aman Villas at Nusa Dua are set within palm-fringed grounds and gardens, with swimming pools flanked by aromatic frangipani trees. Nusa Dua is renowned for its palm-fringed, white-sand beaches, sophisticated dining scene and bustling streets lined with shops selling textiles and crafts Modelled on traditional Balinese designs using local wood and stone, the architecture is offset by the works of local artists. The Aman Villas at Nusa Dua offer views across gardens and landscaping. The private villas are over two storeys and feature a personal butler and chef. Loungers surround a private 25-metre pool, a lounge-dining area offers beautiful open views and a large open-air dining pavilion can sit up to ten diners.The air-conditioned library and home theatre make the Villas at Nusa Dua an ideal location for families or traveling groups. All of the individual suite rooms at our AMAN Villas, Nusa Dua sit within one of our large freestanding Residences. Each individual suite has access to the villas large 25-meter pools, lounging areas, shaded pavilions, library and dining spaces Aman Villas does not operate as a typical resort but it is a Villa product only, meaning there is no common resort area, restaurant or spa. Although there is no restaurant on property, each Villa has a butler and chef looking after the guests, so all meals can be prepared on-site.

From November to March, Nusa Dua is an excellent surfing destination, with a barrier reef creating waves a few hundred metres offshore. During the season, Aman Villas Nusa Dua can arrange lessons in surfing, windsurfing and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP). Hobie Cats and other craft can be hired for a guided sailing excursion to the greater Sanur beach area. Fishing Traditional Balinese jukungs and larger boats are available to charter for fishing trips out of Sanur.

Should the entire group be cancelled more than 90 days prior to group arrival (from signing the agreement) than cancellation fee equal to the aggregate 20% non-refundable deposit payment will be applied. Should the entire group cancelled 89 days to 60 days prior to group arrival, the group will subject 50% cancellation penalty from the total valued being cancelled. Should the entire group be cancelled within 59 days up until group arrival, the group will be subject to full cancellation penalty. Any no-show is result in full cancellation penalty. Please note: Cancellation policy may differ from one group to another depending on the period of stay

Aman Villas Nusa Dua is the perfect venue for special occasions such as weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, family reunions and small meeting. Ceremonies can be held indoors or out, including casual lunches, cocktail parties, banquets or intimate reunions. The Villas can be booked exclusively for larger groups.
