REDUCTION IN THE RESERVATION OF MEETING ROOMS AND AREAS Between the signature of this agreement and 30 days before the event: 50% of the charges will be incurred, based on last update. Between 29 and 8 days before the event: 75% of the charges will be incurred, based on last update. Any cancellations from 7 days before the start of the event on: 100% of the charges will be incurred. REDUCTION IN THE RESERVATION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE Between the signature of this agreement and 30 days before the event, 25% of the attendees, based on last update, may be cancelled without incurring costs. Between 29 and 7 days before the event, 10% of the attendees, based on last update, may be cancelled without incurring costs. Between 6 days and 72 hours before the event, 5% of the attendees, based on last update, may be cancelled without incurring costs. Any cancellations from 72 hours before the start of the event on: 100% of the charges will be incurred.
