Abbey House Hotel is located on the outskirts of Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria in the Southern Lake District. Set in fourteen acres of private woodland and gardens making it a perfect setting for weddings, holidays or short weekend breaks. The Abbey House Hotel, South Cumbria, has a range of 61 individually designed bedrooms to suit any budget and taste. We boast two beautifully refurbished honeymoon suites where no detail or comfort has been overlooked. The Abbey House Hotel is the perfect setting for your wedding, christening or private celebration, and as well as luxurious accommodation the hotel has unrivaled facilities for business meetings, conferences and exhibitions - all of which our professional staff can advise on and help to organize. There is a large selection of suites to choose from which can accommodate from 2 to 280 and these include the Duddon Suite which can be partitioned into three separate rooms, or the Great Abbey Hall with its traditional features and historic ambiance.
