Trip Advisor Reviews: The Osprey was the perfect ski lodging for our Beaver Creek vacation. The staff was amazing, super up-beat, friendly and helpful. Valet provided shuttle service to restaurants in BC, and the ski valet gave great service and advice on favorite runs. Room was comfortable and pool and hot tub were nice. All in all, excellent service and value. Will return. The Osprey at Beaver Creek did an amazing job with their services and hospitality during the Covid pandemic. The entire staff was well trained and helpful. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was superb and all staff and guests complied with mask regulations. We had a very comfortable, safe and relaxing stay. The Pines Lodge I stayed here twice during this ski season +had such a great experience I'm compelled to share. The property itself is so close to the slopes, it truly is ski-in/ski-out + that's a huge benefit - for convenience, ease for a hassle-free ski trip + a major time savings. Here are some of the things I loved about staying there: For starters, the people who work there are super nice + invested in you having a great time - from the guys who park your car/bring up your luggage to the front desk folks to the ultra-helpful + accommodating manager. Everyone is friendly and genuinely wants you to have a fantastic time. That's rare and creates an amazing atmosphere. Life is hard enough, when you go on vacation you just wanna have a great time. The rooms are modern, comfortable.
