Located an hour north of Atlanta and one hour south of Chattanooga, Barnsley Resort provides a productive and private setting for your next meeting or corporate retreat. More than 16,000 square feet of indoor event space create an atmosphere conducive to strategic meetings coupled with exciting team-building options taking advantage of the expansive outdoor space. Versatile indoor venues range from our Savannah Ballroom (4,731 square feet), Saylor Hall (2,670 square feet), Dalton Room (1,344 square feet), alpine-inspired Town Hall (1,080 square feet), Inn Boardroom (seats 12) historic Rice House restaurant and smaller rooms with natural lighting for breakouts meetings and boardroom gatherings. Outdoor event options include the landmark 1800s Manor House Ruins and Pavilion (3,740 square feet), picturesque meadows for a farm-to-table dinner, casual Biergarten (built late 2024), concerts on the Tenth Tee and more. A dedicated Conference Coordinator works closely with each corporate group to ensure a flawless event to exceed all expectations. The resort's talented Executive Chef and culinary team create memorable farm-to-table dining options utilizing the freshest local ingredients of the season. Myriad recreational activities offer exciting team-building opportunities and activities as horseback riding, fly fishing, canoeing, paintball, clay shooting and seasonal wing-shooting at the Beretta Shooting Grounds a private hunting plantation, while The Spa at Barnsley Resort inspires relaxation. Golfers can challenge the 18-hole course designed by Jim Fazio that is frequently named one of the best in the Southeast. The resort’s charming cottage accommodations were renovated in late 2024 by Charlotte Lucas Designs, and 55-room Inn center around the Town Hall and Village Green, all inspired by the landscape design and architecture of Andrew Jackson Downing. Barnsley Resort offers 150 guest rooms and suites.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0 to 30 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 31 to 60 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of seventy-five percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 61 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of sixty-five percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 91 to 269 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 270 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of thirty-five percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring between the time of acceptance of this contract and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of twenty-five percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges.
