About us

Break away for a few days to our romantic cottages situated on the Weltevrede Wine Estate. The cottages lie in the heart of the Breede River Valley close to Route 62 and only 2 hours drive from Cape Town. It offers the perfect setting and 2 great options for your function or wedding. It offers a large cellar, accommodating 50 to 150 guests. The restaurant holds a capacity of 20 people inside and 50 to 60 guests outside under the vines. It also offers four cottages on the farm, which would be ideal for the bride and groom, and both sets of parents or the wedding contingency.
